Below are the entry forms for the Georiga/Tennessee Elementary, Junior High, High School, and Collegiate America state pageant happening October 4th - 6th, 2024. Once the contestant application is submitted, additional information will be sent to the email provided in this form.

AGE DIVISIONS (Contestants will compete in the grade they will be in the Fall of 2025)

Elementary: Pre-K/Kindergarten through 6th Grade

Junior High: 6th - 9th grade

High School: 10th - 12th grade

Collegiate: Collegiate Level (May be enrolled in undergrad, graduate level, technical or beauty school. Collegiate contestants may be attending school out of state but have a primary address in Georgia/Tennessee or may be attending college in Georgia/Tennessee but have a primary residence in another state. A $100 non-refundable deposit is required to hold a contestant's spot. The deposit will be applied to the entry fee. All payments can be made above or Venmo us @missgeorgiahsa. Please include the contestant's name, age, division, and what the payment is for. Once the deposit is confirmed, the contestant's spot is secure. If you need to make payment arrangements for the remaining balance, please contact us at missgeorgiahsa@gmail.com. When utilizing the payment system on this website, please include the contestant's name and grade in the "Add a Note" section during checkout.
